Unlike therapy, coaching is more solution-based.
Coaching can help you identify your goals, understand obstacles, and help you achieve the life you want. As a coach I will be there to support you along the way and keep you accountable on your progress towards your goals.
In my coaching sessions, I like to start with the client telling me their goals and creating a roadmap to achieve it. I enjoy giving clients positive solutions to the current issues they are facing.
